Chef Knife

RADA Knives are offered with 2 different handle styles. The most popular (and what they are known for) is the permanently cast solid brushed aluminum handles. These handles are best hand-washed to keep their new look. The black stainless steel resin handles are fairly new and are the same shape and size of the brushed aluminum handles. The new black-handled knives have been developed for improved performance in automatic dishwashers.
The blades of both types of handles are the same. They are surgical quality stainless steel blades that are hollow ground to ensure a precision concave surface. This ensures maximum edge retention. The blades are then hand-sharpened for a razor-sharp edge.
